Dr-Scott-E-ByronFoot & Ankle Associates of Michigan is proud to announce that Dr. Scott Byron has achieved Fellowship status from the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine.

Fellows of the Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine are recognized as leaders in the field in the recognition and treatment of lower extremity sports and fitness injuries.  The Academy was founded in 1970, and now has over 700 members across the United States.  Podiatric practitioners who participate in the treatment of sports injuries deal with athletes of every age and skill level, including collegiate and professional athletes from every sport.  The popularity of running in our culture also lends to a significant amount of treatment provided by sports medicine foot and ankle specialists.
